Bought this through Houzz and had the worst possible experience ever. It took almost 60 days from start to finish in order to receive our purchase. When we finally got it, holes weren't in the right places to screw in and we had to drill our own, not to mention the brackets that hold the slats in, at least 3 were broken. Also, since I've googled this product, it looks like we could have gotten it quite a bit cheaper through other online stores. Disappointed in the whole experience.
