I ordered a king headboard through Amazon. Everything looked great but baxton forgot the packet of screws and alan wrench. Amazon says that I would have to return the whole headboard and wait for a new one in Hope's it contains the bolts instead of Baxton sending me the bolts. Craziest thing I've ever heard.
