I ordered this piece and the box stated that hardware was included. Upon opening the box, we found that the hardware was NOT included so we couldn't actually assemble anything. We called Baxton Studio multiple times over a week, left multiple messages to get someone to just mail us replacement hardware. No response. Absolutely terrible customer service all to avoid having to resend probably $2 worth of nuts and bolts. Will never buy anything from this company again.
